PET POLICY:
- Mariposa Townhomes allow dogs and cats
- Two pets per apartment home
- A pet addendum and vet records are required
- Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Chow-Chow, Doberman, Mastiff, Husky, Malamute, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, German Shepherd, and other non-domestic breeds will not be allowed on the property.
PET FEES:
- Pet: $35 monthly pet rent per pet + $300 one-time nonrefundable fee for one pet, $400 for two pets at move-in.
